We strive to get your shoes to you as quickly as possible. The cost for shipping is only $5.95 for your entire order in the 48 contiguous United States. We do not offer express shipping at this time. Most orders are shipped the next business day after they are placed. We use DHL ground shipping for most orders in the continental US. Orders arrive in 7-14 Business days however if there is a delay we will communicate by email or text. We do not offer expedited shipping. USPS, DHL, FED EX may handle our shipping. 





Easy Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase but understand that sometimes an item needs to be returned or exchanged. No worries!  Returns and exchanges can be made within 5 days after purchase. We offer refunds minus a 15% restocking fee unless the mistake is on us. Returning the item is not the final step as we must forward items back to warehouse for inspection and complete return. Please allow 30 days for refunds to post. We will re-credit your form of payment however your bank or credit card processor determines when your payment posts. Please be patient as we will process your order.  



Tracking Your Order

Tracking numbers will be emailed to you via the email you sent when you place your order. DHL, Fedex, UPS, USPS area our methods of shipping. We are not responsible for the actions of these companies. If there is a delay in your order or shipping contact the shipping carrier. We have no control of the order once we ship the products.
